A: Player Registration.
Step 1: Contact us for a tryout date and time.
Step 2: Print, fill out, and bring the following application and waiver form to tryouts.
Step 3: Upon acceptance into the program, make a monthly dues payment of $100 to So Cal United Basketball. We accept cash, checks or Paypal. Checks can be made out to So Cal United Basketball and brought to the player’s initial practice following tryouts.
Step 4: Register with AAU. This is mandatory for all SCU players before playing in their first game.
B: AAU Registration.
Registration with AAU is mandatory for all players. It is $16 per year and application and payment must be completed on the AAU website. Parents need to officially register with AAU as a specific member of So Cal United Basketball using our Club Code: WWB86A. Membership is good for the entire AAU year which runs from September 1 of one year through August 31st of the following year. All SCU players must get the extended coverage which allows you to participate in both AAU and non-AAU sanctioned events. You can register here.
